The Wheatbelt Bauxite Project is located in a world-renowned bauxite rich area that extends over the Darling Plateau for hundreds of kilometres from north of Moora to Pemberton in the south and east to cover the Great Southern Region.
On 10th February 2010, Headland Metals Pty Ltd applied for a 200 block Exploration Licence over the southern margin of the Mitchell Plateau (Gardner Plateau). We beat Bauxite Resources Limited (ASX:BAU) to the ground by one day.
